PREAMBLE

You have just joined the STUDI school and we congratulate you!

Read these Internal Regulations carefully: they will provide you with the essential information that will allow you to successfully complete your training and integrate easily.

STUDI is a training organization, CFA, private distance learning establishment, registered under activity declaration number 11 75 65568 75 with the Prefect of the Île-de-France Region, and declared under UAI code 0756369R, filed with the Rectorate of Paris,

These Internal Regulations are established in accordance with the provisions of Articles L1311-1 to L1334-1 and R6352-1 to R6352-2 of the French Labor Code and Decree No. 2019-1143 of November 7, 2019, concerning the specific provisions applicable to apprenticeship training centers and the obligations of organizations providing skills development services. They apply to all learners who enroll in a training program at the STUDI school for the duration of their training.

These Internal Regulations are available for viewing and download online at studi.fr and are accessible to all Learners before they begin their training upon their first login to the STUDI Training Platform. They can then be viewed and downloaded at any time in the « Assistance » tab of the Platform.

STUDI is a community. Mutual respect and trust must form the basis of the relationships between the administration, instructors, and students. Students must contribute to STUDI’s positive reputation. Any serious breach of the Internal Regulations, any activity that harms the life of the school and its programs, or damages their credibility, influence, or reputation, may result in sanctions.

The provisions of the Internal Regulations are intended to apply to each of the Learners regardless of their status (in initial training, apprentice trainee in vocational or continuing training, candidate in validation of acquired experience) and by the sole fact that they register and join one of STUDI’s training programs. It will also be applicable to unemancipated minor Learners and protected adults validly represented when subscribing to the training course.

These Internal Regulations may be amended or adapted to reflect legislative and regulatory changes or any other requirement to ensure compliance. These amendments will be immediately applicable and binding on enrolled learners as soon as they are notified.

The rules set forth in the Internal Regulations supplement the General Terms and Conditions of Sale , the Personal Data Protection Policy , the General Terms and Conditions of Use , and the Moderation Charter of the STUDI Training Platform. All of these documents together constitute the STUDI Community Charter, the rules of which are fully applicable.

Persons belonging to establishments or organizations separate from STUDI may not invoke their own provisions which would be contrary or incompatible with the provisions of these Internal Regulations.

1. General Behavior and Commitments of Learners

1.1 Rules of conduct

Each Learner agrees to comply with the general conditions for the delivery of training courses, as well as all the rules related to the use of the various services provided by STUDI (forums, discussion wall, private messaging, relations with the educational service, tutoring, etc.), as defined in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and in the General Terms and Conditions of Use of the services.

All manifestly unlawful actions such as lack of diligence, impoliteness, intimidation, harassment, threats, insults, racist, xenophobic, revisionist, discriminatory remarks, invasion of privacy, dissemination of advertising messages, political or trade union communications, funding fraud, falsification of documents, identity theft, sale of STUDI content will be subject to disciplinary action.

Among the prohibited practices, it is specifically forbidden for Learners to:

  • To use the services provided for illegal purposes,
  • To make commercial use of the information, services and content provided,
  • To transfer one’s access credentials to a third party, whether free of charge or for a fee.
  • To disseminate educational content and all related activities to the public,
  • To behave disrespectfully towards all STUDI staff, trainers, and other learners, within the tools or meeting spaces provided, regardless of the communication method used (telephone, email, forum, during an organized meeting, etc.),
  • To disseminate personal contact information (email addresses, postal addresses, telephone numbers, etc.),
  • Engaging in fraud and plagiarism during exams, assignments, continuous assessment, thesis writing, professional passport submissions, or any other submissions submitted for evaluation,
  • To engage in the falsification of documents of all kinds (internship agreements or addendums, etc.),
  • Using mobile phones, as well as any audio or video devices and headphones, including smartwatches, during certification assessments, even in silent mode.
  • To use any computer means aimed at maintaining the connection to the platform active when the Learner is not physically and personally connected to the entire training course.

This list is not exhaustive; any unlawful behavior may result in the application of the disciplinary sanctions provided for in these Regulations, in addition to the civil and criminal sanctions to which the offending Learner would be exposed.

1.2 Civil liability insurance

Every learner, regardless of nationality, must be able to provide proof of civil liability insurance covering damages incurred during activities related to their role as a learner (meetings, workshops, conferences, internships, etc.). This insurance must be valid in all countries where the learner may undertake part of their training.

1.3 Hygiene and safety rules

In the event that part of the training course followed by the Learner takes place outside the STUDI training platform, in a physical establishment or a company with internal regulations in accordance with the first Auroux law of August 4, 1982, the hygiene and safety measures applicable to the Learner will be those of said regulations, with which the Learner must comply.

1.4 Eligibility for training courses and prerequisites

All learners, depending on their status and in order to be eligible for STUDI training programs, must be able to provide the necessary documentation to validate their registration. The specific documentation required will vary depending on the prerequisites for the desired training program.

If the learner was registered conditionally upon obtaining the prerequisite diploma for the chosen program, they must provide STUDI with proof of this diploma before the start date of the training program. If they fail to do so, the learner will not be eligible for the training program they initially applied for. In this case, they may be offered a place on a lower-level diploma program, subject to eligibility requirements.

1.5 Plagiarism and fraud

Sworn statement against plagiarism

By agreeing to these Internal Regulations, the Learner declares on their honor that each of their assignments completed at home, such as the professional portfolio, strategic plan, or dissertation, for example, are not plagiarized (as defined below). They are aware of the penalties that will result from non-compliance.

Plagiarism

Plagiarism occurs when a Learner presents work as their own when it intentionally or unintentionally originates, in whole or in part, from another person or from artificial intelligence (AI). Learners are prohibited from producing AI-generated content. Passages borrowed from an author must be clearly identified with quotation marks, and the source and page number must be indicated at the bottom of the page.

Each source must be cited in the files and work submitted by the Learners. A complete bibliography must be provided with the research projects, files and dissertations.

It is also forbidden:

  • To paraphrase a concept, research, or interpret the verbal or written ideas of a third party without citing them or identifying the source,
  • To present research data that has been falsified or fabricated entirely,
  • To present the same work or a significant part of the same work in more than one course without the prior authorization of the professors concerned.

Group projects are subject to the same rules of intellectual integrity, and all members of a working group must pay particular attention to ensuring that the group adheres to these rules. Failure to comply will result in the entire group being held accountable and subject to sanctions.

Misappropriation of another’s data through theft of files or computer storage media will be penalized in the same way as plagiarism. Generally, all learners agree not to falsify any academic assessment (grade, report card, etc.) or undertake any action to do so, and not to use any counterfeit supporting document.

STUDI uses COMPILATIO software; discover this publisher’s approach to plagiarism prevention and detection at www.compilatio.net .

In its commitment to transmitting its core values and combating plagiarism, STUDI has decided to expand and systematize the use of the COMPILATIO anti-plagiarism software, a fully automated system that compares student work to an existing database. This system compares students’ work with sources encompassing three central areas, both nationally and internationally: the internet, published works, and content produced by others. COMPILATIO is a secure, online, and exponentially growing database, meaning that every document analyzed is automatically added to it. Teachers can thus analyze all student assignments and theses to identify plagiarized material, whether from other students or from the internet.

Below you will find the scale of sanctions applied in the event of proven plagiarism, not cited as a referenced source, in all work submitted by the Learner.

Table of penalties related to plagiarism

% of proven plagiarism across the entire documentSanctions
≥ 50%A grade of 0/20 was awarded for the entire subject and its sub-subjects, including continuous assessment and the final exam. There is no possibility of compensation, and the subject cannot be retaken. A conduct warning was also issued.
Between 35% and 49%A grade of 0/20 was awarded for the entire subject and sub-subjects, continuous assessment and exam. A driving warning was also issued.
Between 20% and 34%Grade of 0/20 for the work done.
Between 10% and 19%Reminder of the rules. The learner will receive a penalty of -2 points on the grade of the submission.

Note Any student found guilty of repeated plagiarism will have their penalty increased to the next higher percentage. Failure to cite sources and the use of quotation marks will be considered appropriation of intellectual property and constitute plagiarism. In cases of proven plagiarism of the thesis, if the work is completed in pairs, the penalty will be applied equally.

Any Learner who commits plagiarism, by any means whatsoever, misappropriation or falsification of data, will be subject to disciplinary sanctions.

Fraud

Any fraud, attempted fraud (before or during an assessment), or disruption of a proctored assessment (whether in person or remotely via a dedicated platform) is incompatible with STUDI’s ethical principles. In the event of flagrant fraud or attempted fraud during a written assessment or exam, the proctor will report the situation. The student will be the subject of a proctoring report detailing the incident. The student will be summoned by the academic administration, which will take appropriate action.

Communication of model answers to third parties

Learners who have completed an assessment and received a model answer are required to keep that model answer for their own use only. Assessment questions and model answers are the intellectual property of STUDI and must not be shared via public social media or the STUDI learning platform’s communication tools, or by any other means.

2. Attendance and diligence

2.1 Attendance and lateness

As the courses are mainly conducted online, Learners are invited to log in during the period stipulated in the Contract signed with STUDI.

STUDI also organizes in-person sessions in the form of workshops, meetings, review sessions, or events called « Studi Campus, » which are not mandatory. Any student who voluntarily registers for these in-person sessions is asked to attend out of respect for the instructors and other students, and to adhere to the times indicated on their confirmation.
For students in work-study programs, attendance at « Studi Campus » sessions is subject to the suitability of the schedule established with the company, or requires prior authorization from the employer.

2.2 Attendance

The Learner is bound by a general obligation of diligence.

The learner enrolled in a training program funded by a third party (Caisse des dépôts, OPCO, Company, Regions, Pôle Emploi, etc.) commits to diligently attending the training program in which they are enrolled. They will complete the number of hours specified in the Professional Training Agreement in « connected » mode via the training platform provided by STUDI.

In order to progress in their training and take the exams, the Learner, regardless of their status, agrees to:

  • adhere to the training schedule provided by the academic management and participate in remote or in-person group sessions made mandatory by the funding body (where applicable).
  • Complete the assigned tasks, produce the required documents, and interact with peers.
  • To register individually for the final exam / for an apprentice, complete the necessary information to finalize exam registration or provide proof of registration with the regional education authority for state diplomas.
  • Respond to surveys and follow-up calls submitted by the Academic Directorate.
  • Participate in tripartite interviews, accompanied by your internship supervisor, in order to validate the acquisition of theoretical concepts in the professional context.

A lack of connection to the platform for more than 60 days as well as a number of hours completed less than 25% of the expected hours will be considered as an abandonment by the Learner and may result in exclusion from the training.

For any apprentice, failure to attend work can be considered an unjustified absence which may result in disciplinary action by the employer.

Failure to maintain attendance during an apprenticeship can result in the OPCO (Skills Operator) not receiving funding, thus generating additional costs for the company hosting the apprentice. Persistent and recurring attendance problems during an apprenticeship can lead to disciplinary action, including expulsion from STUDI and/or their CFA (Apprenticeship Training Center).

Cases of dropping out of training

A learner is considered to have dropped out in the following situations:

  1. Withdrawal : Exercising the right of withdrawal within the time limits of the CGV/CGU after starting training.
  2. Termination by right : Request for termination by registered letter with valid reason, under the conditions provided for by the financing or the contract.
  3. De facto termination : Cessation of training by Studi due to non-compliance with commitments (attendance, discipline, etc.).
  4. Lack of attendance : A learner is considered to have dropped out if they have not logged in for 60 days, are critically behind, and have completed less than 80% of the expected hours. Specific actions can be taken to facilitate their return to training.

2.3 Accounting for absences

Attendance is continuously recorded and visible via the STUDI Training Platform. Absence from the STUDI Training Platform will result in non-compliance with the established training schedule.

Any absence from the established training schedule, not justified within 48 hours by special circumstances (medical certificate, sick leave, taking paid leave within the company, or a day of RTT, a summons to a state exam, etc.) constitutes misconduct punishable by disciplinary sanctions.

If the Learner is on an apprenticeship contract or is being paid by their company, attendance at the course is communicated monthly to the human resources department or to the manager in the absence of a human resources department, of their company.

  • If the training course is financed via the CPF, any failure to comply with attendance requirements or failure to pass the certification may result in the loss of the benefit of the STUDI Success Guarantee mentioned in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale .

2.4  Early termination of apprenticeship

In the event of early termination of the work-study contract between the Apprentice and the internship supervisor, the training for which the Apprentice has committed will continue for the agreed duration.

For apprentices who have interrupted their training, they will benefit from six (6) months of funding for their training by the OPCO (Skills Operator), up to the end date of their initial training. To benefit from this, the apprentice must meet the following conditions:

  • Submit the completed termination form, signed by all parties, to the CFA.
  • Commit to being diligent during the company search period, while respecting the training schedule (the OPCO will continue to cover the cost of the training),
  • Actively seek a new apprenticeship by providing the CFA with monthly proof of search.

2.5 Absence from an event

Provided that a learner is aware of their exam dates at least one month in advance, they are required to attend. If a learner/apprentice is unable to attend due to force majeure (particularly medical or government-related reasons), they may be granted an adjustment based on their professional schedule prior to the exams, upon presentation of supporting documentation. However, in all other cases, attendance is mandatory. Absence from an exam will result in a grade of 00/20 for that exam, and no make-up session will be offered.

3. Disciplinary Measures

3.1 The Disciplinary Board

He is responsible for issuing disciplinary sanctions against Learners who have violated the Internal Regulations.

Among its members, the STUDI disciplinary board includes:

  • The academic director or their representative,
  • The career center manager or their representative,
  • The academic director or their representative,
  • The head of the student relations department or a designated educational advisor,
  • A representative of the teaching staff

The disciplinary board is competent for any offense committed by the Learner’s violation of the commitments to these Internal Regulations.

When the disciplinary board considers imposing a sanction, the following procedure is followed:

  • The disciplinary board summons the student, stating the purpose of the summons. The summons specifies the date, time, and location of the meeting, as well as the student’s right to be accompanied during the meeting. It is sent in writing via electronic registered mail.
  • During the interview, the Learner may be assisted by a person of their choice, including a member of the teaching staff or a designated Learner from the school. The summons will state this right.
  • The disciplinary board indicates the grievances against him, the reason for the proposed sanction and gathers the Learner’s explanations.
  • The sanction cannot be imposed less than one full day or more than fifteen days after the interview.
  • It is the subject of a written and reasoned decision, notified to the Learner by electronic registered letter or hand-delivered against receipt.

In the case of apprenticeship training, the apprentice’s master craftsman is informed of this procedure, its purpose and the reason for the proposed sanction.

If the Learner is an unemancipated minor or a protected adult; the parent, legal representative or guardian will be summoned to the disciplinary board by STUDI.

Any disciplinary decision of the Disciplinary Board will also be transmitted to the official bodies possibly concerned (Pôle Emploi, OPCO, CDC…) in the case of taking charge of the training, whether partial or total, and to the employer in the case of work-study, internship agreement or skills development action within the framework of the company’s skills development plan.

3.2 Disciplinary Sanctions

Fines or other monetary penalties are prohibited.

The level of sanction depends on the seriousness of the offense, the state of recidivism, or the circumstances of the case to be dealt with.

The sanction cannot be imposed less than one full day or more than fifteen days after the interview.

The decision is formalized in writing and includes a reasoned explanation. The Learner is notified via the platform’s messaging system or by email, depending on the platform’s access status. If the sanction involves suspending access to the platform, it is communicated by registered letter.

One or more of the following measures may be applied as disciplinary sanctions:

  • Warning,
  • Blame
  • The ban on communication on the collaborative wall for a specified period ranging from 1 to 30 days,
  • Access to the STUDI training platform will be prohibited for a specified period of 3 to 15 days.
  • The final dismissal from the training program

Depending on the severity of the sanction imposed, this information will be communicated to the relevant institutions, including:

  • to other schools and higher education institutions,
  • to the training funders
  • to joint bodies
  • to the company hosting the Learner

The pronouncement of a disciplinary sanction may be accompanied, depending on the nature of the fault committed, by a precautionary measure with immediate effect, and/or the nullification of the test for the Learner concerned.

In the event of the Learner’s final dismissal, the latter is required to pay all training fees and remaining training costs.

4. Conditions and procedures for registering for examinations and competitions

4.1 For vocational training courses (courses not leading to a professional certification or a state diploma)

Upon completion of the training, the Learner can validate their knowledge by participating in an online exam organized by STUDI. Taking the exam is not mandatory.

The learner may register for one of the two exam sessions organized by STUDI each year. The choice of session is determined at the start of the training with the training advisor and is specified in the contract.

STUDI will inform the Learner of the date and time of the online exam at least one month before the date of the exam.

In the event of unresolved payment issues by the exam date due to failure to meet the payment deadlines for training fees stipulated in the Contract, STUDI reserves the right to deny access to the session. The Learner will then be summoned to the following session, subject to full payment of the amounts due by the new exam date.

Subject to passing the exam in accordance with the Internal Regulations, the Certificate will be issued by STUDI within a maximum period of three months and subject to the same payment conditions mentioned in the previous paragraph, which organize access to the exam.

4.2 For preparations for State Diplomas

It is the Learner’s responsibility to register for exam sessions via the dedicated portal of the Rectorate for their region. Under no circumstances will STUDI be held liable for failure to register within the deadlines set by the Rectorate. STUDI will make every effort to inform, facilitate, and support the Learner’s exam registration.

In the context of an apprenticeship, it is the employer’s responsibility to ensure the apprentice’s registration and participation in the state-recognized diploma examinations that certify the professional qualification stipulated in the contract. In the event of difficulties or the apprentice’s failure to register, the employer is liable. The apprentice agrees to provide STUDI with proof of their registration for these examinations.

For students enrolled in a BTS (Advanced Vocational Training Certificate) program, the regional education authority will require a « first and second year BTS enrollment certificate » to validate their registration for the exams. The STUDI advisor will provide the student with a training certificate confirming their current contract.

4.3 For preparations for a Title or a block of skills of a Title registered with the RNCP or a certification registered with the Specific Directory

Upon completion of the training, the Learner validates their knowledge and skills by participating in an examination session organized by STUDI and its partners. The examination session is chosen at the start of the training with the Training Advisor and is specified in the Professional Training Contract or Agreement. An exception is made for apprenticeship programs, where the examination session coincides with the end date of the Professional Training Contract or Agreement.

The certification details (duration, location – online, in-person, or blended – dates, number of days, attendance and progress requirements, etc.) will be communicated to the Learner during the training. Any travel and accommodation expenses incurred as a result of taking the exam will remain the responsibility of the Learner.

Unless the eligibility requirements for the exams are not met, STUDI will automatically summon the Learner to the certification session stipulated in the Contract or Professional Training Agreement. The Learner agrees to attend the said exams. In case of absence, the Learner must justify their absence to the Learner Relations Department prior to the exam, except in cases of force majeure.

Subject to passing the examination in accordance with the Internal Regulations, the awarding of the Qualification by the Certifying Body, a third party to STUDI, is subject to the conditions defined within the framework of the certification framework for the qualification in question and to the same payment conditions mentioned in paragraph 3.1.
In the context of work-study programs, it is the employer’s responsibility to ensure the registration and participation of the apprentice in the examinations for the qualification registered with the RNCP (National Directory of Professional Certifications) that certifies the professional qualification stipulated in the contract. In the event of difficulties or failure to register the apprentice attributable to the employer, the latter may be held liable.

4.4 For courses preparing for a competitive examination

It is the Learner’s responsibility to register for national competition sessions, the dates of which are set by the State.

For exam preparation courses, the dates are set by third-party institutions that offer training related to the exam. Students must contact these institutions directly to find out their schedules and register.

4.5. For courses preparing for an online exam outside the June and December sessions

For courses not resulting in group assessments, but in online exams accessible individually by each Learner (school certificate, skills block certification, etc.), the latter benefits from a fixed training duration specified in their Contract or Professional Training Agreement.

It is his responsibility to register via the dedicated space on his online training platform and to take the online exam before the end of his training.

4.6 Examinations, exemptions and relations with the competent authorities

The educational prerequisites for accessing the assessments are detailed in the Training Program attached to the Contract or Professional Training Agreement. The Learner must review this program and return a signed copy to STUDI along with their Contract or Professional Training Agreement.

For students in work-study programs, the most recent diploma or qualification declared on the standard CERFA form is the determining factor in terms of educational prerequisites.
Furthermore, STUDI provides, upon request, a list of exemptions or equivalencies granted by the Ministry of Higher Education and Research for diplomas that qualify for exemptions within the framework of the desired training program offered by STUDI.

The Learner is responsible for the information provided when registering for tests organized by the competent authorities (Rectorate of his/her academy, Certifier of a Title, Competition Centre…), in particular information concerning his/her official educational supporting documents held (diplomas, titles, skills blocks, VAE…) and potential exemptions, as well as his/her valid administrative supporting documents according to the legislation in force (identity document…).

Before starting training, the apprentice must ensure that they have completed the necessary procedures with the regional education authority regarding exemptions from company internships.

If the official documents provided by the Learner during registration with STUDI services are not actually held or do not allow the Learner to sit the exams for which they are preparing, STUDI will not be able to validate the candidate’s final registration. The Learner is therefore advised to confirm with the relevant authorities and STUDI services that they meet the requirements for taking the exams.

It is the learner’s responsibility to ensure that they are in possession of a valid identity document or one that is valid according to the legislation in force when actually taking their examination tests.

5 Examination Regulations

5.1 Invitation to RNCP qualification examinations

Invitations to tests organised by STUDI are sent at least one month before the tests via the Platform’s private messaging and/or the Learner’s personal email address.

If the tests consist of written and oral components, the summons may be sent in two parts, the first for the written part, the second for the oral part once the availability of the juries has been determined.

5.2 Examination Procedures

The material conditions for the conduct of the tests – duration, personal documentation of the Learner, authorized computer equipment and media, etc. – are brought to the attention of the Learners beforehand and recalled on the distance learning platform.

Learners must respect the schedule, the regularity of the tests, and any rules announced at the time of the exam.

The composition times set by the Academic Directorate of STUDI must be strictly respected.

Any Learner who timestamps their presence at a test is considered to have participated in the test.

At the start of each test, the Learner will present their identity document to the supervisor; entry into the examination room serves as a timestamp of their presence at the test.

Unless adaptations are implemented as part of the necessary accommodations for the disability, no temporary exits are permitted during the first hour. Any exit after this first hour becomes permanent.

  • The Learner follows the instructions given during the tests and can only submit their assessment with the documents provided by STUDI.
  • Any student arriving after the examination room has opened will only be admitted conditionally and will not be granted any extension. Late arrivals may, if necessary, be submitted to the jury, which may award a grade of zero.
  • The use of a calculator (simple or programmable) is permitted.
  • Headphones and noise-canceling headsets are prohibited during written exams. Furthermore, all learners wearing hearing aids must inform the Academic Department of STUDI.
  • Any Learner who does not participate in an examination without justification deemed valid by the Pedagogical Management of STUDI is considered absent.

Any person – whether it be the Management of STUDI, the administrative staff, the facilitators, professors, lecturers and employees of the STUDI Group – having reasonable grounds to believe that a Learner is in breach of the conduct of an examination, is authorized to ask that Learner to cease their wrongful actions, to obtain the identity of the person suspected of the breach and of the witnesses, and if necessary to be provisionally handed over any object related to the breach when such an action is necessary to ensure that the breach ceases or to establish proof of it later.

She then refers it to the Academic Directorate of STUDI, which will initiate the disciplinary process adapted to the offence committed and in accordance with these Internal Regulations.

Any student using their mobile phone during an assessment or contacting a third party, for whatever reason, will receive a grade of 00/20 on the assessment. Any repeat offense will result in a summons before the Disciplinary Board, which will decide on the appropriate sanction based on the seriousness of the alleged and proven misconduct.

5.3 Consultation

Learners may request to view the answer keys for their certification exams, provided the request is made based on provisional results and before the certification committee meeting. The request must be submitted by registered mail with return receipt requested to STUDI – Examinations Department – 3839 rue Georges Frêche 34470 Pérols, within fifteen days of the results being released. A response will be sent to the learner’s personal email address within two months of receipt of the request.

5.4 Recourse

An appeal may be submitted by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the following address: STUDI – Examinations Department – 3839 rue Georges Frêche 34470 Pérols, within two months of the notification of the provisional results and before the certification committee meeting. The appeal must state a reason justifying a clear illegality, such as a clerical error. The response to the appeal will be sent to the student’s personal email address within two months of receipt of their request.

6. Validation of training pathways

The learner’s activity and the knowledge acquired in each subject are assessed throughout the year through continuous assessment and examinations. To ensure success, the learner commits to reviewing all materials available on the learning platform (newsletters, training guide, news feed, live sessions) to stay informed about the key elements of their training.

6.1 Continuous monitoring

Continuous assessment aims to allow learners to measure their progress in the process of acquiring knowledge and skills. Depending on the final certification, assessments carried out as part of continuous assessment may be mandatory and contribute to the awarding of the certification. Details of the procedures and assessment criteria for mandatory continuous assessments are listed in the training guide for each program.

Within the framework of the qualification award committee for which STUDI is the certifier, the average of continuous assessment may be modified within a range of + or – 0.5 points by the STUDI Pedagogical Management or the award committee to take into account the attendance, participation and behavior of the Learner.

6.2 Examination / Certification

The assessment of knowledge and skills acquired at the end of a training course is based on the methods and evaluation criteria specified in the training guide for said course, and in accordance with the skills framework of the professional certification filed with France Compétences.

The grades are not disclosed until validated by the jury.

6.3  Catch-up sessions

Every Learner has the right to make up the test(s) which he/she has failed in the following session set up by STUDI, unless he/she has been placed in a situation of dismissal by the jury, in particular following a Disciplinary Board.

This right is included in the STUDI “Success Guarantee”, mentioned in Article 6 of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Following the resit, the subject average comprises:

  • The exam grade obtained in the resit
  • The average of the continuous assessment obtained during the training course, provided that it is greater than or equal to 10/20 and if the continuous assessment constitutes an element of award.

In the event that a new reference framework comes into force during the training, then as soon as the new framework is published in the Official Journal, STUDI will inform the Learner of the new program and will adapt the training course within a reasonable timeframe to allow the acquisition of the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in the tests.

The Learner is informed that modifications following a change of reference framework may have an impact on the final examination, the modalities of which may differ from those contractually announced at the start of the training and as defined in the training program.

6.4  Scoring System

For State Diplomas  : the awarding of the Diploma is based on the results obtained in the final examinations taken by the Learner as an independent candidate or a candidate in continuing vocational training. The Learner is responsible, in accordance with point 3.2 of these Regulations, for registering with the Rectorate.

For qualifications registered with the RNCP (National Directory of Professional Certifications)  : the qualification assessment system is adapted to the specific characteristics of the certifying body and the recommendations of France Compétences. The training guide for each course specifies the assessment system.

7. Possibility of postponing training

The normal continuation of the training course may be interrupted temporarily or permanently for reasons related to the Learner’s choice, according to the Success Guarantee included in their Contract or Professional Training Agreement.

In the event that the Learner does not request a postponement of their training from the Educational Service, their access to the platform will end on the date scheduled in the training plan.

The postponement can be requested within 6 months of the end of the training schedule; the Learner will then be associated with a new « Exam Passing Cohort ».

Repeating a year does not exist by definition at STUDI since the training schedule is adjustable to the learning pace of each individual.

In the context of third-party funding (OPCO, company, Regions, Pôle emploi, CPF, etc.), the Learner undertakes to respect the attendance rules put in place by the training organization and, where applicable, the specific rules defined by the funder:

  • In the event of non-compliance with attendance requirements, he will still have to take the exam at the session initially scheduled in his Contract or Professional Training Agreement.
  • If attendance has been respected, and subject to the agreement of the Pedagogical Management, the STUDI Success Guarantee may be activated as indicated in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale: 12 months or 5 years depending on the eligible courses, provided that the connection hours have been completed and that the Learner has taken the exam following their summons and that the qualification is still active.

For apprentices:

  • The apprenticeship may be extended for a period of one year, in the event of failure to obtain the diploma or qualification sought, either by extension of the initial contract or the apprenticeship period, or by conclusion of a new contract with another employer for related reasons, or under the Success Guarantee.
  • The fixed-term professional training contract can be renewed once if the Apprentice has not been able to obtain the targeted qualification due to failure in the assessment tests of the training followed, maternity, illness, work accident or occupational disease.

8. Internship or professional experience in a company and any possible exemptions

8.1 The internship or professional experience in a company or host organization

Integrated into the overall training program, the internship or professional experience in a company is part of a coherent educational approach and involves a genuine commitment to companies.

Thus, two scenarios are possible depending on the Learner’s profile:

  • If the Learner undertakes his training as part of a professional course in a company, in the form of a professionalization contract or an alternating internship, the internship will take place within his own company subject to agreement upon his admission or by an official request during training.
  • If the apprentice undertakes an internship in a specific company during the professional immersion period included in their program, the internship will aim to put the knowledge acquired during their training into practice in a professional setting. This reinforces or further develops the apprentice’s training plan while simultaneously enhancing their personal skills. The internship allows them to commit to a long-term project with the goal of securing employment. It provides an opportunity to apply their classroom learning and showcase their skills to the company.

Students are responsible for finding their own internships. They can receive assistance from STUDI’s Career Center, which supports them in their search, provides the necessary documents to send to companies, and prepares internship agreements. An internship must be formalized by an agreement signed by the student, the host company (or organization), and STUDI before the internship begins. Proof of liability insurance is required for signing the internship agreement.

All work placements must begin before the final exam and end within three months of the last exam. The maximum duration of a work placement is six months per host organization and per academic year.

For apprentices, the end date of the contract or apprenticeship period must be mentioned in the contract as follows:

  • For a fixed-term contract, the end date of the contract desired by the employer must respect the end of the training cycle or examination and can expire no later than 2 months after it.
  • For an open-ended contract, the end date of the apprenticeship period cannot be earlier than the end of the training cycle to allow the apprentice to sit the exam.

8.2 Exemption from mandatory internship in a company or host organization

Any request for exemption from mandatory internship must be made at the time of admission or in the months that follow, and imperatively before registration for exams.

For State Diplomas  : the student must download and complete a mandatory placement form from the website of the Regional Education Authority (Rectorat) in their area of residence, so that the Rectorat can decide whether to waive the internship requirement. The STUDI Admissions Department must complete its section of the placement form to issue a favorable or unfavorable opinion before the student submits their complete application to the Regional Education Authority.

For qualifications registered with the RNCP (National Directory of Professional Certifications)  : the learner must send a CV and cover letter to STUDI, either by regular mail or by private message via the training platform, specifying the reasons for the exemption request (already completed internship, significant experience, student-entrepreneur status, etc.) and providing supporting documentation. STUDI’s Admissions Department will analyze the possibility of an exemption based on the requirements of the training and certification framework and the documents provided by the learner. If an internship exemption is granted, the learner will receive a certificate to present during the exams.

9. Representation of Learners

9.1 For courses of less than 500 hours

STUDI has set up a community of « Ambassador » Learners who are responsible for representing all Learners by program, and for participating in the Improvement Committees organized by STUDI every 3 months.

The « Ambassadors » are selected from among the Learners in each program, based on the following criteria:

  • More than 20 hours of experience in the field
  • A notable activity in social and collaborative exchanges on the Platform
  • A progression considered normal in the training process

The « Ambassadors » are appointed by STUDI representatives during the Improvement Committees for the entire duration of their training program, provided that they do not behave in a way that harms the interests of STUDI.

9.2 For training courses exceeding 500 hours

9.2.1 Election of delegates

Each STUDI training course of more than 500 hours gives rise simultaneously to the election of a full delegate and an alternate delegate in which all Learners, registered on said course at the time of the election, are voters and eligible.

The election, by single-member ballot with two rounds, is organised within each course during the holding of the first Improvement Committee of the current year, with the Learners registered on the training course on the day of the said Committee meeting and having at least 20 hours of attendance on the course.

When, at the end of the first ballot, it is noted that the representation of the trainees is ensured by a single candidate, then he is immediately elected as the full delegate without a second round being held and there will be no alternate delegate on the course concerned, the director draws up a report with the full delegate without an alternate delegate.

In accordance with Article R6352-12 of the Labour Code, when, at the end of the vote, it is noted that the representation of trainees and apprentices cannot be ensured due to a lack of candidates, the director draws up a report of failure.

9.2.2 Obligations of delegates

The delegates, elected for the duration of their training, are required to participate in the training councils. Prior to the training council meeting, the academic director will provide the delegates with a council preparation form on which they can list the topics to be discussed.

During the council meeting, the delegates will be tasked with presenting complaints:

  • individual or collective,
  • relating to the conduct of the training or the learning conditions of the Learners,
  • to hygiene and safety conditions,
  • to discipline,
  • to the application of the Internal Regulations.

In the event of absence of delegates to the training council, a report of non-compliance will be drawn up and communicated to the defaulting delegates.

After the agenda has been read and the decisions approved, a summary of the meeting is sent to the participants of the advisory board. At the end of the advisory board meeting, the attendance sheet is signed by each participant.

11. STUDI IT Resources Usage Charter

The purpose of this Charter is to specify the rules for using STUDI’s computer and multimedia resources and systems by informing Learners of the rules to be respected.

11.1 Protection of personal data

Every STUDI Learner agrees to read and comply with STUDI’s Personal Data Protection Policy, which can be found on the STUDI Training Platform under the « Assistance » tab.

a) The Learner is informed of the need to respect the personal data of everyone, and more generally the legal provisions regarding the processing of personal data in accordance with European Regulation No. 2016/679, known as the General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR.

Personal data is information that allows – in any form whatsoever – directly or indirectly, the identification of the natural persons to whom it applies.

d) The Learner is responsible for their personal data stored in their personal space, in STUDI’s IT system, or in an external service associated with the platform. Upon their final departure from STUDI, it is their responsibility to extract and delete this personal data before leaving.

STUDI cannot be held responsible for the storage of this data in its systems. If this private data has not been destroyed by the Learner, STUDI undertakes not to disclose any of its contents to third parties, except as required by law.

Private data will be retained for a period of 5 years after any permanent departure. After this period, STUDI will proceed with the destruction of the personal space containing private data.

Any Learner found guilty of hacking, computer fraud or infringement of intellectual property will be summoned before the Disciplinary Board without prejudice to any prosecutions and possible criminal sanctions incurred elsewhere.

11.2 Changes in the Learner’s Personal File

It is in the Learner’s best interest to ensure that STUDI can easily contact them. Therefore, it is essential that the Learner update all their personal information directly on the STUDI training platform if their address, phone number, or email address changes, whether at home or at work.

Furthermore, to ensure the accuracy of official documents bearing their name, the Learner must immediately notify STUDI’s academic and/or administrative services of any errors in their personal information or any changes to their social file. In the case of a change of name or status, the appropriate original supporting document will be required.

11.3 Use of STUDI’s IT resources

STUDI provides its Learners with IT resources (applications, tools, network and telecommunications) for carrying out all activities related to their training.

  • It is forbidden to do anything that could harm the proper functioning of STUDI’s IT infrastructure, for example: using your username and/or password to give access to IT resources to third parties.

In addition to the penalties provided by law, any violation of this Charter may result in the following sanctions:

  • Cancellation of access rights to computer resources.
  • Disciplinary measures or any other sanctions, up to and including dismissal, may be applied depending on the seriousness of the alleged acts, the damage caused, and the actual or potential consequences.
  • Reimbursement to STUDI of any sum that STUDI may be obliged to pay as a result of unauthorized, fraudulent or unlawful use of its computer resources.

12. Charter relating to the core values of STUDI

All stakeholders and participants in the STUDI training program, recognizing the crucial importance of tolerance, mutual respect, and inclusion, commit to promoting and living according to these fundamental values. This commitment aims to ensure an academic and social environment free from all forms of discrimination, violence, sexism, and harassment, whether physical, moral, or sexual.

Respect and inclusion : Every member of the community – learners, contracted staff, trainers, administrative and management personnel – is required to respect and value an inclusive environment where everyone feels respected and where diversity in all its forms is valued, actively opposing any discrimination or violence. This includes, but is not limited to, discrimination based on cultural, ethnic, or religious differences, nationality, physical appearance, age, disability, sexual orientation and gender identity, political opinions, or any other personal characteristic.

Combating violence : A commitment to combating all forms of violence is imperative, including hazing, which is considered unacceptable. The community is committed to preventing and combating all forms of violence (physical, verbal, psychological, sexual, socio-economic), encouraging exemplary behavior both inside and outside the institution, collective responsibility, and open communication.

Respectful communication  : Particular emphasis is placed on non-violent communication, active listening without judgment, empathy, tolerance, consideration of other points of view, recognition and respect for the rules of courtesy in exchanges, both oral and written, particularly on social networks and on the training platform.

Assistance, solidarity and social justice : Each member commits to providing assistance to victims of harm, contributing to the creation of a safe and caring environment, fighting against inequalities and social injustices, and promoting fairness and equal opportunities.

Legal framework : In accordance with French law, in particular Law No. 2004-1486 of 30 December 2004 for equal opportunities, participation and citizenship of disabled persons (non-discrimination, accessibility, accommodations, equal opportunities), and Law No. 2012-954 of 6 August 2012 relating to sexual harassment (prevention, respect for the rights of each individual and gender equality), any failure to comply with these commitments may result in internal disciplinary sanctions, without prejudice to any actions that may be taken before the judicial authorities.

Each speaker and participant in the STUDI training program confirms their adherence to these values and commits to embodying them on a daily basis, thus contributing to the educational and social excellence of STUDI.
