The Government published a decree in early 2025 renewing the apprenticeship hiring incentive. The subsidies received by employers are detailed below.
Apprenticeships: State aid for 2025
The decree on apprenticeship subsidies has been published. The new subsidies apply to apprenticeship contracts signed from February 24, 2025, and before December 31, 2025.

For hiring an apprentice with a disability, for the first year of the contract only, regardless of the level of diploma being prepared and regardless of the size of the company.
€5,000
For companies with fewer than 250 employees: For hiring an apprentice for the first year of the contract only, regardless of the level of diploma being pursued.
€2,000
For companies with more than 250 employees: For hiring an apprentice for the first year of the contract only, regardless of the level of qualification being pursued. Subject to conditions (including the quota of apprentices in the company's workforce).
