The importance of protecting your privacy
We place transparency at the heart of our commitment regarding the data collected about you, its use, and the entities with which we share it. We offer our users several options regarding the data we collect, use, and share, as outlined in this Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
This Personal Data Protection Policy applies to all Studi training offers (COMPTALIA, COMNICIA, ECOLEMS, ELEPHORM, DIGITAL CAMPUS LIVE).
As part of our ongoing efforts to update our Privacy Policy, we may modify, supplement, or update it. We are committed to notifying you of any significant changes whenever possible. We encourage you to regularly consult the latest version, which is available on our websites and on the Learner Platform.
What personal data is collected and for what purposes?
When you provide us with your contact information, we may take actions that lead us to contact you by phone to gather information about your career goals, training background, funding arrangements, motivations, your preference for long-term training, any obstacles to the proposed solution, your estimated start date, and any factors that might lead to a refusal. This data is used for registration, consultation, use, completion, extraction, and transmission to promote the learning paths of our students.
The purpose of collecting this data is to gather your user experience, track your progress, enable exchanges between learners, exchanges between the teaching team and learners, implement personalized monitoring and learning statistics.
Why do we use cookies?
A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer and retrieved on subsequent visits to your computer or mobile device.
We use two types of cookies: persistent cookies and session cookies. A persistent cookie allows us to identify you as a returning user so you can easily come back to our site. Once you are logged in, a persistent cookie remains in your browser and will be read. Session cookies only last for the duration of the session (generally the current visit to a website or a browser session).
The cookies placed on your computer, tablet, or mobile device allow us to recognize your browser when you connect to our site. To ensure the best possible service, we use cookies to:

The audience measurement cookies are stored for thirteen months. In accordance with CNIL recommendations, the audience measurement data is destroyed after the thirteenth month.
We ensure that our partner companies process the information collected on our Platform exclusively to meet our needs and in accordance with our instructions, in compliance with European regulations, and commit to implementing appropriate measures to secure and protect the confidentiality of data.
In what cases do we share your data with third parties?
The personal data collected about you on our Platform is intended solely for the use of the Studi Group. Under no circumstances will the Studi Group sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
In the course of using our services, your personal data may be transmitted to subcontractors that the Studi Group may use:
- search engine and analytics solution providers with a view to improving and optimizing our platforms;
- social networks, in the event that you expressly request it from us, when you use the authentication methods provided by said networks.
Your personal data may be disclosed in compliance with a legal obligation or if we believe in good faith that it is necessary to respond to any claim against the Studi Group. Furthermore, the Studi Group may be required to disclose your data to comply with any legal request, to enforce any contract entered into with our members, such as the General Terms and Conditions of Sale or Use and this Personal Data Protection Policy, in the event of an emergency involving public health or the physical integrity of an individual, in the context of investigations, or to guarantee the rights, property, and safety of the Studi Group, its members, and more generally, any third party.
In the event that all or part of the assets of the Studi Group are acquired by a third party, then the data in our possession will, where appropriate, be transferred to the new owners of these assets.
In accordance with applicable law and with your consent where required, we may aggregate data about you. This includes all or part of your personal data and information collected through cookies that we receive from or send to our business partners. This aggregated information will be used exclusively for the purposes described above.
As a general rule, we store your personal data within the European Union. However, since some of our service providers are located in countries outside the European Union (« third countries »), we may transfer some of your personal data to these third countries. For some of these third countries, if the European Commission has not issued an « adequacy decision, » we ensure that this transfer is carried out in accordance with applicable regulations and guarantees an adequate level of protection for privacy and fundamental rights, in particular through the Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
How is your personal data protected?
We implement technical and organizational measures to secure your personal data, appropriate measures regarding confidentiality, integrity, availability and reliability, as well as regular review, evaluation and assessment procedures, which apply to all services, locations and learners of the Studi Group.
We implement security measures to protect your data, such as the HTTPS protocol. We regularly monitor our systems to detect potential vulnerabilities and attacks. However, this does not allow us to guarantee the security of the information you send us. There is no guarantee that data will not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed through a breach of our management, technical, or physical safeguards.
In the event of a hack of our systems aimed at recovering your data, you will be notified within 72 hours according to the procedure in force within the Studi Group.
The security of personal data also depends on the learners of the Studi Group, who agree to keep their personal access code and password confidential in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Learners may not share their account with any third party and must report any unauthorized use to the Studi Group as soon as they become aware of it.
How long is your personal data kept?
The retention period for your data depends on the purposes for which it is processed. We retain your data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it is processed, in accordance with legal requirements.
All of your personal data is archived after the following periods:
- 3 years after having had no interaction with our marketing solicitations;
- 5 years after your last use of our Distance Learning Platform for your training history;
- 10 years after your last use of our platform for the history of your professional certification exams if your training path is sanctioned by a professional certification registered with the CNCP.
Your personal data will be deleted upon your simple request.
In this context, we retain certain information in anonymized or aggregated form, particularly information relating to browsing and use of the services offered, for the purpose of optimizing and improving the services of the Studi Group. All other information will be deleted.
Direct Marketing
We will use your personal data to send you commercial offers and invitations to surveys related to the Studi Group exclusively, by email, SMS, telephone and postal mail.
To optimize your experience and information about our training courses, we will send you useful information, product advice, and personalized offers.
We use the following categories of personal data:
- contact details such as email address, telephone number, name, postal address (if requesting a paper catalogue);
- personal characteristics such as age, gender, education level, employment;
- characteristics related to training such as type of funding;
- the pages viewed on the site.
We do not transfer, sell or exchange your data for marketing purposes to any parties outside the Studi Group.
In accordance with GDPR regulations, the STUDI Group uses an opt-in system, requesting your prior consent before sending any advertising. Furthermore, all our communications include the option to refuse further solicitations from us, for example, by using the unsubscribe link in our emails.
Under Law No. 2020-901 of 24 July 2020 concerning the regulation of telephone marketing and the fight against fraudulent calls, you may exercise your right to object to telephone marketing at any time. To do so, you can register free of charge on the Bloctel

Right of access, rectification, and erasure of personal data
In accordance with current French regulations, the information concerning you is intended for the Studi Group, which is responsible for processing it.
You have access to this information:
- Right of access and rectification if they are inaccurate, incomplete, ambiguous or outdated
- right to lock or delete data
- right to withdraw your consent
- right to object to their registration for legitimate reasons
- right to data portability
- right to define guidelines regarding the fate of your data after your death.
Parents who believe we have unintentionally collected personal data on their minor child should contact us so that we can delete this information.
